Ciento Labs Inc. ("Ciento," "we," "us," "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at cientolabs.com (the "Site"). This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use, why we use them, and how you can control them.
This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which describes in more detail how we collect and use personal data.
Note: The Ciento mobile app (iOS and Android) does not use browser cookies. This policy applies exclusively to our website.
2. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, or phone) when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences over a period of time, so you don't have to re-enter them whenever you return or browse between pages. Similar technologies, such as browser local storage and tracking pixels, do the same job by different means, and this policy covers those too.

- Persistent cookies, cookies that remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them.
- First-party cookies, set directly by Ciento.
- Third-party cookies, set by our service providers (for example, analytics and measurement platforms).

A. Strictly Necessary and Functional
These remember a choice you made so the Site works the way you left it. Blocking them will not break the Site, but your language will reset on every visit.

B. Analytics and Measurement
These help us understand how visitors find and use the Site: which pages are read, where visitors come from, and where they give up. We use them to decide what to build and fix.

We do not operate a login on this website, so no authentication cookies are set here. Your Ciento account session lives in the mobile app, not in the browser.
4. What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell data collected via cookies to third parties.
- We do not use cookies to read your financial data. The Site holds none of it.
- We do not run cross-site tracking beyond the advertising measurement described in section 3B.
5. Your Choices in the EEA, Including Spain
If you are in the European Economic Area, storing or reading non-essential cookies on your device requires your consent under the ePrivacy Directive, and in Spain under Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE). Strictly necessary and functional cookies that you have asked for, such as remembering your language, do not require consent.
You may withdraw consent or object at any time using the controls in section 6. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.

B. Opting Out of Analytics and Measurement
Microsoft Clarity respects the Do Not Track (DNT) browser signal: with DNT enabled, Clarity will not record your visit. Any ad blocker or privacy extension will also block our Clarity and Meta Pixel scripts. Meta additionally offers ad preference controls in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
